pascom and Seabix Announce Strategic Cloud Telephony Partnership in Switzerland.

(Deggendorf, Germany and Villmergen, Switzerland | 30. October 2018) pascom GmbH & Co. KG, developer of the next generation UC business phone systems, and Swiss SMB ICT Solutions Provider Seabix AG announce their strategic Cloud Service Provider (CSP) partnership in Switzerland.

As a specialist Information and Communications Technology solutions provider, Seabix offer an extensive range of hosted solutions aimed at the Swiss SMB market space.

Through adding pascom’s hosted telephony solution to their portfolio, Seabix are not only able to provide their customers with more reliable, secure and cost effective telecommunications solutions than the incumbent vendor’s (3CX) offering but are also in the position to offer a more complete and intuitive Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) platform.

With the transition to ALL IP telephony gaining significant momentum across Switzerland, in selecting Seabix pascom’s multi-tenant cloud telephony platform, Seabix are able to optimise their datacenter resource requirements and significantly reduce platform administration whilst adding additional layers of resiliency and flexibility to their customer solutions. In doing so, the company has better positioned itself within the Swiss SMB marketplace to offer their customers the most refined and beneficial solution available. In ensuring the smooth platform switch over, existing Seabix customers utilising the 3CX platform have benefited from a free of charge migration (by appointment) to the pascom platform since April 2018.
