Please Note: We are only able to process RMA applications that have been confirmed by us.

Moreover, defective goods must be returned to us within one week of receiving the RMA acceptance in their undamaged original packaging. Should this not be done, we are unable to guarantee that the claim will be approved and / or you may be required to resubmit your application.
