Einige Rufe kommen nicht durch

Hallo,

wir haben ein Problem mit der Rufumleitung eines Teammitglieds. Wir betreiben eine Pascom Apliance (Vers. 17.12 - letzter Updatestand) an einem Vodafone Anlagenanschluss.
Unsere Zentralnummer wird an ein Team mit interner Durchwahl abgeworfen. Derzeit ist hier koronabedingt nur ein Teammitglied vorhanden. Ist das Teammitglied im Büro am Arbeitsplatz mit seinem Yealink T46S klappt alles wunderbar.
Wenn das Teammitglied in seinem Homoffice ist, leiten wir die Nummer des Mitglieds auf seinen Festnetzanschluss oder seine Handy um.

Ab der Umleitung haben wir das Phänomen, das einige externe Anrufe (aus allen Netzen) durchkommen, andere (ebenfalls aus allen Netzen) nicht.

Im Falle des Fehlschlages hören wir maximal ein Freizeichen und dann die Ansage ‘die gewählte Rufnummer ist ungültig’. Verschiedene Anrufer berichten auch von ‘Netzwerkfehler’ o.ä.

Das Verhalten bei den Anrufern ist reproduzierbar. Die, die nicht durchgestellt werden, kommen nie durch, die anderen kommen immer durch.

Ich habe dezeit keine Idee, wir ich mich dem Problem nähern kann - daher ist jeder Tip willkommen.

Hast du denn eine richtige Rufumleitung eingerichtet, oder ein Telefon als externes Gerät?

Was sagt denn die Rufauswertung? Ist da alles korrekt? (Amtsnull, etc?)

Die Telefone, auf die umgeleitet werden soll sind nicht an der Pascom Anlage angeschlossen. Es sind i.d.R. die privaten Mobil- oder Festnetzanschlüsse unserer Mitarbeiter. Wir setzen in der Pascom unter Benutzer->Rufumleitungen einfach die Handy Nummer oder die Festnetznummer des jeweiligen Home-Office Users. Also interneDW und dann das Umleitungsziel.

Das eignenartige ist, dass die Umleitung nicht bei allen externen Calls fehlschlägt.

Ich hänge anschliessend mal einen Trace des Geschehens bei einem Anruf an. Mir fallen dort mehre Stellen auf, an denen die Rufnummer, an die weitergeleitet werden soll in Verbindung mit der Vorwahl der MB auftaucht (Fett markiert). Ich kann mir aber nicht erklären, wie das zustande kommt.

Unsere Vorwahl ist die 06102, der Block ist die 1234, die Durchwahl der Zentrale die 0. Weitergeleitet werden soll auf die 0178 24680. Ich sehe aber Einträge mit 0610217824680 (ziemlich weit unten)
