Falsche Rufnummer bei eingehender Verbindung

Hallo,

ich habe das Problem, dass bei einer eingehenden Verbindung die falsche Rufnummer angezeigt wird.
Ich rufe dabei von einem externen Anschluss mit der Nummer +49369XXXXXXXX die Nummer +489576XXXXX an. Der Anruf kommt auch durch und die richtige Nebenstelle klingelt. Allerdings glaub die Pascom-ANlage wohl, dass es die Nummer ergänzen muss und macht daraus: 00489549369XXXXXXXX
Es werden also die Landes- und lokale Ortsvorwahl vorangestellt. Was muss ich konfigurieren, damit die eingehende Rufnummer korrekt erkannt wird?

da es noch keine Antwort gab, formuliere ich die Frage nochmal anders:
Ist das gelieferte Rufnummerformat “49369XXXXXXXX”, also internationales Format ohne führendes + oder 00 so ungewöhnlich?
Wie sollte das Format aussehen, dass die Pascom damit etwas anfangen kann?
