Hallo!

Hat jemand von euch die oben genannte Sprechanlage scon mal jemand in der Pascom Cloud eingebunden? oder geht das auch nur rein mit der Grandstream App ohne SIP?

Wie läuft das ab mit dem Video und öffnen der Türe? klappt das mit der Grandstream APP Wave Gs?
Für die Konfig der Codes usw gibt´s ja neu eigene Software…hoffe mir kann jemand damit helfen.

Mit dem Pascom Client sollte es per DTMF Code ohne Probleme laufen…

Möchte das Teil auch in einer Loxone einbinden udn mit deren App ansteuern…aber das ist eher ein anderes Forum :slight_smile:

Mit Snom bisher kein Erfolg. Mit Yealink nicht getestet. Mit der App würde das vermutlich gehen er Umgehung der Pascom (kein Videosupport derzeit). Meist geht das aber nicht, weil man eine Gruppe signalisieren will und nicht einen einzelnen.

Also ich würde das so lösen…zumindest für meinen Fall.

Die App von Grandstream werde ich eher nicht nutzen…

Da nur das Yealink T42/46G mit passender Firmware Video bzw Snapshot kann fällt das flach (vorerst)
Ich würde das Video über die App der Loxone Türsteuerung laufen lassen…somit würde auch das Abheben und Sprechen über die App laufen.

Habe mir nun eine bestellt und werde einfach lostesten, falls jemand Interesse hat (falls ich es hinbekomme) kann sich gerne melden.

Ich habe was läuten gehört, das diese Klingel eventuell in die Pascom integriert wird. Mehr kann ich leider nicht sagen.

Ich bin aktuell auf der Suche, benötige aber nur eine PoE-fähige, mit einer Taste. Kein Video.
Wie verhält es sich da mit der Kompatibilität?

Hallo zusammen,

das GDS 3710 sollte bereits als “normales” Grandstream Telefon erkannt werden. Im wesentlichen unterscheidet sich nur das Template bzw. einige Settings. Die folgende Basiskonfiguration ist leider noch nicht “schön” und zu umfangreich sollte aber ggf. nach ein paar Anpassungen funktionieren.
Einen genauen Termin bis wir das Vollständig im Standard unterstützen kann ich leider noch nicht geben

Hallo,

mein GDS3710 meldet sich zwar in der Pascom (onsite, via DHCP der Anlage) aber die Konfiguration wird irgendwie nicht angewendet. Ich habe die Login-Daten für die GDS im Geräte-Konto hinterlegt, die Provisionierungs-URL im Config-Pfad der GDS eingetragen aber es rührt sich nichts.
Hat jemand einen Tipp was ich vergessen oder falsch gemacht habe?

Nachtrag: Zwischenzeitlich hab ich die Station dann erstma über die Geräte-GUI eingerichtet, hierbei musste ich mir das Geräte-Passwort allerdings extra aus einer mdc_sip_ipdevice.conf holen weil sich das Passwort, warum auch immer, bei einem automatsich erkannten Gerät nicht in der GUI einblenden lässt oder hab ich da nur was übersehen.
Vielleicht kann mir aber trotzdem jemand auf die Sprünge helfen warum die Konfigueation nicht geladen wird.
Leider hüpft beim Video-Call momentan noch nur ein weisser Punkt über den Bildschirm, meine Video-Einstellungen sind aber gleich der in der Beispiel-Konfiguration. Dazu jemand vielleicht noch eine Idee oder Hinweis welche Einstellungen dazu nochmal überprüft werden könnten?

ich glaube du bringst ein paar Punkte durcheinander.

  • Die Grandstream GDS3710 wird von der pascom nicht autoprovisoniert
  • Videosupport für Türklingeln gibt es erst mit dem pascom 19.14 beta server
    – Am Server kann dann die Video URL konfiguriert werden
    – Die Einstellungen in der Grandstream müssen trotzdem manuell gemacht werden
  • Der “hüpfende Ball” ist der Fallback wenn der client keine nutzbare Webcam erkennt. Hier geht es um Videotelefonie, nicht um Türklingeln

Helfen dir diese Hinweise erstmal weiter?

Hallo,

nach Update auf 19.15 habe ich die Sprechstelle nun nach Anleitung der Dokumentation neu eingerichtet. Die Einstellungen des Video-Codecs wie beschrieben auf H264 zeigte allerdings nur graue Fragmente, mit MJPEG läuft es jedoch.
Leider funktioniert die Türöffnen-Funktion nicht. In der Konfiguration der GDS habe ich das Remote-Öffnen via DTMF aktiviert und den gleichen Pin wie in der Pascom-Konfiguration eingetragen. Auch das Eintragen in Form von *PIN# oder PIN#, wie beim Öffnen über das Tastenfeld der Sprechstelle, brachte keine Änderung. Ich höre übrigens auch keine Töne wenn ich über den Client im Tastenfeld etwas eintippe.

Hat jemand evtl. noch Hinweise woran das liegen könnte? Eine andere analoge Sprechstelle, verbunden über ein Grandstream Gateway, lässt sich übrigens via DTMF öffnen, vermute also es liegt an der GDS3710 selbst und hoffe es ist nur eine Einstellungssache und nicht ein Firmware-Problem (1.0.7.19) o.ä.

Wir haben die GDS3710 zum Testen am laufen und es müssen folgende Einstellungen für die Türöffner Funktion getätigt werden.

Der Pin wird nur als Zahl eingetragen z.B. 77 ohne # oder ähnliches

Mit diesen Einstellungen funktioniert es bei uns.
Man muss nicht unbedingt den Code eingeben es gibt auch ein kleines Schloss welches die Tür öffnet.

Der Video-Codec ist bei uns auf H264 und die grauen Fragmente sind nur ganz am Anfang zu sehen für ca. 1 sec.

Ich bin auch gerade darauf gestoßen warum es mit dem Öffnen nicht klappen konnte. Das Öffnen via Remote funktioniert in den Standard-Einstellungen der Sprechstelle nur, wenn der Anruf auch von selbiger gestartet wird, anders herum ist es aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht erlaubt, außer man macht entsprechende Einträge in einer Whitlist. Natürlich hab ich immer vom Client aus angerufen und nicht an der Tür rumgestanden :yum:
