As a user I can use extension switches (Durchwahlschalter) and put them on the BLF buttons of a hardware phone. It would be nice if I could also control those switches via all pascom clients.

Additionally it would be great, if the status and also the possibility to change it could be availiable inside the admin webgui in pascom cloud.
We came from Askozia and there it was easy, to see the status and change it. This were really helpful!
Thank you for your feedback. The new Extension Switch feature is currently in development and it is already implemented like you describe it. Expect a release of this feature in the next few months.
