Meldungen im CLI bei Teamanruf mit aktiver Ansage und Wartemusik (Standard)

In der CLI kommen einige Fehler bei einem Teamanruf mit Wartemusik und Ansage:

[Jul 1 13:35:43] WARNING[8866][C-00000021]: format_wav.c:111 check_header_fmt: Unexpected frequency mismatch 16000 (expecting 8000)
[Jul 1 13:35:43] WARNING[8866][C-00000021]: file.c:473 fn_wrapper: Unable to open format wav
–> das verstehe ich so, dass die Standardansage oder Wartemusik in einem falschen Format vorliegt?

[Jul 1 13:35:43] ERROR[5111]: res_pjsip.c:3534 ast_sip_create_dialog_uac: Endpoint ‘F5uBxTgU7VQsb42’: Could not create dialog to invalid URI ‘F5uBxTgU7VQsb42’. Is endpoint registered and reachable?
[Jul 1 13:35:43] ERROR[5111]: chan_pjsip.c:2656 request: Failed to create outgoing session to endpoint ‘F5uBxTgU7VQsb42’
– Executing [s@sub_prepare_followme:3] ExecIf(“Local/102@mdc_localdevice-48-000000a2;2”, “0?Set(ARRAY(,delay,timeout,)=0,999,0,999,0,999)”) in new stack
[Jul 1 13:35:43] WARNING[8871][C-00000021]: app_dial.c:2576 dial_exec_full: Unable to create channel of type ‘PJSIP’ (cause 3 - No route to destination)
– No devices or endpoints to dial (technology/resource)
–> der …Qsb42 ist ein nicht angemeldetes Softphone. Aber warum gleich eine ERROR? So etwas kommt doch immer wieder vor?

[Jul 1 13:36:08] NOTICE[5111]: res_pjsip_exten_state.c:418 new_subscribe: Endpoint ‘GzgcwPBD4W3OnRK’ state subscription failed: Extension ‘xxxxxxx’ does not exist in context ‘internal’ or has no associated hint
