No reaction when using dead-key combinations in chat - e.g. ", ', a.s.o. with key map “us-intl”.

Thanks for your report! I was able to reproduce your problem on Ubuntu 16.04 and filed a bug report. We will take a look into this issue.

@sam: How do other Qt-Based applications behave, e. g. KeePassX. Is it possible to enther dead keys there?
