On Friday 23rd July 2021 from 12pm CEST onwards, we will be carrying out maintenance work on our internal pascom systems. Our customer portal will be updated to a new version. This means the following for our pascom customers:
- No purchases can be made (including via the mypascom portal).
- It will not be possible to pair any new on-site servers via mypascom.
- It will not be possible to create support tickets.
- Information regarding account and licence data will not be accessible.
