Selected dial call rule is ignored when using Click-to-dial (MD-9584)

Observed Behavior

If you use the click-to-dial feature, dialing always uses the “auto” rule and ignores the selected dial call rule

Expected Behavior

Click-to-dial should also use the selected dial call rule
