Support "Start Minimized" option on Windows (MD-9735)

Windows offers a configuration option, to start an application minimized. The current client ignores this, and always opens a window on startup.

A fallback, if this start minimized option turns out to be very complicated, would be to offer a configuration option within settings.

This idea was first reported by @moJ090 in this thread.

+1 it would be nice to see this feature in the client.

A --minimized Commandline Switch is now available in the newest beta version. (17.01 beta and newer)
