Telekom, Call Deflextion und andere Unklarheiten

Hallo zusammen,

Mein Anschluss: Telekom DeutschlandLAN IP Voice/Data X (FR) Premium (so steht es auf der Rechnung). Das ist ja das Pendant zum früher ISDN-Mehrgerät-Anschluss soweit ich weiß. Mein Amt habe ich entsprechend mit dem Assitenten hinzugefügt, meine daten ergänzt und es hat funktioniert (Ein/Aus - Telefonie). Nun benötige ich doch eine AWS auf mein Handy. Hier erst mal ein paar grundsätzliche Fragen zu Handhabung der AWS in den Basisdaten beim Amt:
Wenn ich den Anruf im System behalte werden 1 oder 2 Sprachkanäle belegt sobal ein Gespräch aktiv weitergeleitet wird. Bei Call Deflection wird die AWS an den Anbieter weitergeleitet und bei dem aktiviert. Dadurch werden keine Sprachkanäle belegt. Ist das so richtig?
Wo kann ich verlässliche Informationen finden welche Merkmale/Optionen mein Anschluss kann? Ich habe im Netzt und bei der Telekom gesucht aber da sind die Angaben teilweise wiedersprüchlich.

Die AWS (mit Einstellung “Anruf im System” funktioniert soweit allerdings wird auf dem Umleitungsziel die Nummer meines Festnet-Anschluss gezeigt. Dies scheint daran zu liegen dass mein Anschluss die Option “CLIP no screening” nicht unterstützt. Im Netz habe ich einen Hinweis gefunden dass man dies für 13€/Monat dazu buchen kann. Wenn aber bei dieser Einstellung auch noch ein Sprachkanal (oder zwei) belegt wird ist diese Einstellung für mich ohnehin die 2. Wahl.

Call Deflection wäre mir lieber aber ich finde nichts ob mein Anschluss das kann. Funktionieren tut es auf jeden Fall nicht. Ich kann jedoch nicht einschätzen ob es am Anschluss oder meiner Konfiguration liegt. Und hierzu auch nochmal ne Grundsätzliche Frage:

Hi,

ich hab das mal kurz mit einem Telekom Amt (Deutschland LAN IP Voice/Data S Premium) verifiziert. Telekom akzeptiert zwar den SIP 302 redirect. Ist aber anschließend die Ansage seitens Provider zu hören, dass diese Rufnummer nicht vergeben sei.

Belässt man die Anrufe auf der pascom funktioniert die Umleitung entsprechend.

Ok, dann weiß ich zumindest das Call Deflection mit diesem Anschluß nicht funktioniert. Blöd nur dass der Anschluss ebenfalls kein “CLIP no screening” unterstützt. Dadurch wir bei der Weiterleitung nicht die Nurmmer des Anrufers sondern die eigene Nr. angezeigt.

Fazit: Dieser Anschluss ist eher ungeeignet für MobyDick

Hi,

naja das hat jetzt weniger mit der mobydick zu tun, sondern eher mit den Leistungsmerkmalen des Anbieters. Nimm zum Beispiel den Deutschland LAN SIP Trunk der Telekom. Dort wird’s gehen.

Ja, so war es auch gmeint! Der Anschluß taugt nicht für eine VOIP-Anlage. Ich werde mir einen anderen Anschluss beauftragen. Kann jemand sagen ober der Deutschland LAN SIP Trunk Anlagen-Anschluss der Telekom diese beiden Merkmale unterstützt?

Da er SIP-Trunk der Telekom hier am Standart anscheinend verfügabr ist würde ich dieses Thema nochmal gerne aufgreifen. Zwei Punkte die ich gerne umsetzen würde:

Variante 1 - CLIP no screening *
Ich möchte am MD eine Rufweiterleitung auf Handy oder anderen Festnetzanschluss schalten. Dabei soll MD den Anruf aber im annehmen, eine Ansage abspielen und anschließend auf das externe Ziel weiterleiten. Das externe Ziel soll jedoch nicht die eingene Festnetznummer (an der MD hängt) sondern die tatsächlich Nummer des Anrufers. Die Aktivierung der AWS soll wenn möglich über eine Taste am Snom aktiviert/deaktiviert werden. Falls das lösbar wäre.
Variante 2 - Call Deflection*
AWS soll im Amt erfolgen. Auch hier nach wenn es geht über eine Taste am Snom akivieren/deaktivieren.

Kann mir jemand sagen ob das mit dem Telekom SIP-Trunk funktioniert?
