Users are permanently busy when using mobile app with mobile hub (MD-9966)

Affected Systems

pascom Classic installations with activated mobile hub and one or more users with pascom mobile app for iOS or Android

Observed behavior

Sometimes the users stay permanently busy after using the mobile hub for phoning, and thus can’t be called anymore

Workaround

Unpairing the device and re-pairing it again resets the state OR if you have multiple phones: call yourself, wait until your “other” phone is ringing, hangup.

hatten gerade wieder (seit gestern Abend) diesen Fall bei der NST 351 (Snom und iPhone per Mobilehub).
Die Durchwahl 351 ist belegt der Befehl “core show channels” zeigt folgende Ausgabe

Das Amt ist bei uns per Beronet Gateway angeschlossen und hat 30 Kanäle…
