We use ZOHO CRM and need to integrate it with moby for incoming and outgoing call logging and dialling, is there any instructions for this?

The answer to your question depends heavily on which APIs or Interfaces ZOHO offers. One way would be to use TAPI if ZOHO offers it.
ZOHO also offers some Developer API, maybe you can build some integration yourself using our REST or XMPP Interface, but I don’t know much about ZOHOs API.
