Das eingesetzte DATEV-kompatible Telefonie-Fremdprogram meldet einen Fehler

Hallo, wir haben seit einiger Zeit folgende Fehlermeldung in Datev:

Die Installationsart ist pascom-Client in einem Terminalserver. Das Datev-Label ist wie unter DATEV Integration beschrieben gesetzt und in 99 von 100 Anrufen funktioniert die Integration wie gewünscht.

In den Clientlogs finden sich folgende auffällige Einträge:

Habt ihr eine Idee was das Problem sein könnte und wie es beseitigt werden kann?

danke für das Feedback, das sollte natürlich nicht so laufen. Ist bei dir der automatische DATEV Klick aktiviert?

Unabhängit davon, aktiviere bitte auf einem der betroffenen pascom Clients den Debug Modus, lasse diesen aktiviert bis das Problem das nächste mal Auftritt und sende dann die Support Infos via PN an mich. Am besten mit einer Zeitangabe (und idalerweise betroffene Rufnummer) wann genau das Problem aufgetreten ist.
