Overview

In the notification settings, you can customize the behavior of pop-up notifications in the PASCOM app. You can define when and how you want to be notified about incoming calls, missed calls, and other events.

Open Settings

To configure your notifications, follow these steps:

Suppress Notifications

You can automatically suppress distracting notifications in specific situations:

• Suppress notifications while in a group call: Enable this toggle to prevent any further pop-up notifications during an active group call.
• Suppress notifications while sharing my screen: Very useful for presentations. When enabled, pop-ups will remain hidden as long as you are sharing your screen.

Call Notifications

Configure how you are notified for calls:

• Call notifications: Select from the drop-down menu when you want to see pop-ups for incoming calls (e.g., Always).
• Missed call notifications: Determine whether you want to be notified about All calls or only specific missed calls.

Other Notifications

Here you can control in detail which events trigger a pop-up notification. Enable or disable the respective toggles:

• Pickup notification
• Group call notifications
• Incoming message
• WhatsApp messages

Additionally, you can specify the Display duration for incoming messages in seconds (e.g., 10).

Notification Sound

Customize the acoustic alert for your notifications:

• Sound: Turn the notification sound generally on or off.
• Sound selection: If the sound is enabled, you can select your preferred notification tone from the drop-down menu (e.g., Coins).
