Transfer to Conference

Learn how to start or join a conference in a pascom group with your call partner.

Transferring a caller into a new or active conference is very simple and similar to the Blind Transfer method (transfer without consultation), as you do not need to consult with the conference group beforehand.

Connect Both

To start a conference or join an existing conference, it is best to use the contact list.

During an active call, search for the pascom group in the contact list where the conference is to take place.
Right-click on the group.
Select the option from the context menu.

The pascom app now connects you and your call partner simultaneously to the selected group.

Important: Do not call the pascom group via the green handset while you are talking to the caller. This would automatically put the caller on “Hold” and you would join the conference alone. Always use the Connect both option to enter the room together.
