for your PASCOM phone system

The PASCOM phone system prompt bundle consists of a maximum of 5 prompt or music on hold files, For example, a normal call queue will have music-on-hold plus multiple announcements. In this scenario, 4 prompts and 1 music on hold is probably the right balance. Of course, you can have different prompts and music per call queue, and you might need IVR prompts as well. If this is the case, simply order more than one voice prompt pack for your PASCOM phone system.
