Whether you have general questions, are experiencing technical issues, or need urgent support, PASCOM offers various options for quickly accessing the right assistance, depending on your customer status and the nature of your inquiry. First, check the PASCOM Status Monitor, and then select the support channel that best suits your needs.

As a PASCOM customer, a number of support options are available. Firstly, you should check or PASCOM status monitor page to find out if we have already detected any issues or if we are currently performing any maintenance.

Secondly, the PASCOM forum is free to use for all our customers and provides an excellent resource for low priority, general interest or research-based enquiries. If you are a PASCOM free trial customer, then the PASCOM forum is your primary support option.

Customers with an active PASCOM subscription, can open new support tickets via our my.pascom.net customer support portal.
Simply, log into your my.pascom.net account, select support from the menu and then open a support ticket. Alternatively, if your enquiry is more urgent, i.e. you are experiencing technical issues that are disrupting your telephony operations in a severe way, please use the support hotline number which can be found under Support in your subscription details overview. Reaction times are guaranteed according to your Service-Level Agreement. This information can also be found in your my.pascom under the subscription details overview. Finally, if your PASCOM solution is provided via a PASCOM partner, you can also contact your reseller for more support options.
