Fewer licences for more employees:An employee can only use a maximum of 1 licence even if they use all pascom applications (desktop and mobile clients).
Intelligent licence management:Unused licences are always and immediately available, for example when ending a call or shutting down the desktop UC client. Rarely used endpoints / extensions only occupy a licence when in use (i.e. hotel room phones or conference rooms devices).
pascom’s upgrade policy is customer orientated:Licence upgrades are always calculated to exact day and volume. Price wise, it does not matter which packet you start with, you will never experiene a cost disadvantage.

How many licences do I need?
In the majority of cases, the number of required licences is significantly fewer than your total number of employees, as un- or no-longer in use pascom licences are immediately available.
To best calculate which licence packet best suits your business, simply follow the following steps:
Multiply the number of differing employee / connection types (type 1, 2, 3 and 4) by the different assumed occupancy levels (100%, 80%, 40% or 10%).
