How does the PASCOM Cloud Telephony solution work?
PASCOM ONE is a cloud-based telephony solution that combines telephony, messaging, meetings, and team communication in a central platform. The entire phone system runs in the cloud, without local servers or complex hardware.
Employees can make calls, chat, or participate in meetings using the appropriate device, depending on their individual work style: mobile phone, desk phone, PC, laptop, etc., completely location-independent: in the office, at home, or on the go. PASCOM ONE is easy and intuitive to use thanks to its user-friendly software interface.
Administration, user management, and functions are centrally controlled. PASCOM handles updates, maintenance, and operation.
PASCOM ONE makes business telephony flexible, scalable, and available at all times. No need to operate a traditional telephone system.
Can I use my existing desktop phones with PASCOM?
PASCOM is compatible with many IP telephones and SIP endpoints. Whether your model is supported, depends on the manufacturer and corresponding configuration.

How do I get my business started with PASCOM?
Getting started with PASCOM is straightforward. After signing up for the free trial, your cloud telephony solution setup will automatically start. Follow a few simple configuration steps and PASCOM will start adapting to your company – inclusive of phone numbers, users and devices.
Once you’ve signed up for a paid PASCOM subscription, your existing phone numbers can be ported to PASCOM. Colleagues can continue working immediately. Whether in the office, working remotely, or in home office. PASCOM will guide you through the implementation process if needed, ensuring a smooth start. We do everything possible to make the setup go smoothly and ensure all employees are quickly connected without interruption.
What happens after the 30-day trial period?
Should the test period end, the system will be deactivated. To keep your PASCOM phone system and the settings you have configured, you only need to upgrade to a PASCOM ONE subscription. This can be done directly in your my.pascom.net account or with your PASCOM Reseller Partner. If you do not upgrade your trial to a PASCOM subscription inside 90 days, then your cloud phone system will be deleted.
Once you and your team have decided on PASCOM, simply upgrade and all your configurations and settings will be available to you. Users, settings, phone numbers – everything stays as is. Decide against, and the test simply ends without incurring any costs.
